Shipping

Our made-to-order system requires a two-week processing allowance once the order has been placed.

Shipping services to CAN and the USA will be provided by Canada Post. All delivery fees are calculated for your region at checkout. 

We strongly recommend purchasing your items with trackable shipping. We are, unfortunately, unable to assist with lost or damaged packages that are untraceable by our courier. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

All orders placed through our website are not eligible for a refund. We believe that our website includes all of the product measurements and descriptions required to make an informed purchase. 

Standard sizing pieces are eligible for an exchange of store product which is equal or greater to the price of the product originally purchased. At this time, return shipping is not included.

Custom orders are final and are not eligible for an exchange as your measurements are uniquely yours!
